Flik is a clumsy but resourceful ant who wants to improve life for his colony as they gather food for harvest, but life is difficult when a mean bunch of grasshoppers and their fearsome leader Hopper threaten to destroy the ants if they don’t give up their food. When Flik sets off to find help from the insect kingdom, he meets a peculiar group of performing insects at a travelling flea circus. Could they be the brave warriors he needs to save the day? Come and see this classic pixar film with all of the family, and enjoy a story about insects working together to free themselves from their cruel overlords.

What we think

Bugs are cool! From the smart and resourceful ants to the circus troupe of a delicate stick insect, an motherly black widow, a flamboyant caterpillar, a grumpy male ladybird, a mystical mantis, and a friendly rhinoceros beetle, these funny and endearing characters all combine tell an inspiring tale about coming together and standing up against the powerful. We can learn a lot from bugs!
